Nurse Coordinator

We are seeking a compassionate and clinically skilled Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team as a Clinical Coordinator. This role is ideal for a nurse who is passionate about hands‑on care and enjoys working side‑by‑side with nurses and CNAs to provide teaching, guidance, and clinical support in a homelike environment. The Clinical Coordinator works directly with the Director of Nursing (DON) to support and oversee all aspects of clinical skills development and hands‑on teaching, helping to ensure high‑quality care for our clients. Workload will incorporate both clinical and administrative time which will include at least one floor shift a week. Why Join Us? DUTIES:
