Job Description ProSidian seeks a Data Analyst (Reporting & Insights) to support State & Federal science agency human capital analytics and IT modernization. The role is a Mid‑Level Professional, Exempt W2, located in Alexandria, VA (Hybrid) and serves clients such as the National Science Foundation (NSF). Job Overview Provide services as a Data Analyst in the Government & Public Services sector, delivering automated reporting, self‑service analytics, and workforce planning solutions that enhance operational efficiency, regulatory compliance, and data‑driven decision‑making. Responsibilities and Duties Develop and maintain automated reporting capabilities to support HR strategy and workforce planning. Enhance data‑driven decision‑making using role‑based advanced analytics and business intelligence. Support regulatory compliance and adherence to federal human‑capital management policies. Facilitate seamless integration of IT systems and workforce planning tools. Optimize service delivery through performance‑based outcomes and SLAs. Analyze datasets, produce insights, dashboards, and compliance evidence for NSF decision‑making. Qualifications Education & Experience Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in Data, Analytics, or related field. 3–5 years of analytics experience, ideally in Government and Public Services sector. Skills Required SQL and advanced analytical/reporting skills. Detail orientation and ability to produce accurate documentation and insights. Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Access, PowerPoint, Word) and data analytics tools. Experience with automated reporting and self‑service capabilities. Excellent oral and written communication skills. Project‑management methodology knowledge and strong time‑management skills. Other Requirements Proficiency with business tools and technology; quick learner for new tools as needed. U.S. Citizenship required; no visa sponsorship. Background check and drug testing as required by ProSidian. Commitment to work with diverse teams; curiosity, humility, and willingness to learn.
