Offline - Stock Associate

YOUR ROLE

You can't buy product if it's not on the floor, right?! As a part-time stock brand Ambassador, you're an expert at keeping product moving from the Stockroom to the Salesfloor through shipment processing, replenishment, markdowns and merchandising. You've got a passion for AEO Brand Standards, an eye for merchandising and a keen attention to detail. Even though the Stockroom is your place, you're able to flex your skills to support your team and guests on the Salesfloor as needed. Most importantly, you represent AEO values and you bring your real self to work every day!

RESPONSIBILITIES

Passion for brand standards and proactive in keeping product moving through effective and timely shipment processing, replenishment, markdowns and merchandising. Own the Stockroom base and keep it running efficiently by ensuring merchandise, visual props, marketing and fixtures stay organized. Identify merchandising opportunities and inform store leadership, devise a game plan and act to correct them. Support teamwork by stepping in and helping teammates with non-stock-related tasks or guest assistance. Maintain high standards of safety, Asset Protection, and adherence to AEO policies and procedures.

QUALIFICATIONS

Loves AE and Aerie products. Strong organization, attention to detail, priority-setting and time management skills. Flexibility in availability – able to work early morning, late evening and weekends. Previous experience in a stock-related role.

PAY & BENEFITS

Actual starting pay is determined by various factors, including but not limited to relevant experience and location. Eligible associates may receive paid sick leave and other benefits at AEO’s discretion.
