Job Title: Travel RN - CCU Profession: RN Specialty: ICU Duration: 13 weeks Shift: Night Shift Hours per Shift: 12 Experience: Minimum 2 years of current acute care hospital ICU experience License: Active RN license Certifications: BLS, ACLS, NIH Must-Have: Candidates without these skills will not be considered for the role. Description: Travel opportunity for an experienced RN in the coronary care unit. The unit has a total of 26 beds. There are 15 staff members on the unit. Patient ratios are 1:2. The staff consists of 13 RNs, 1 Charge Nurse, and 1 Patient Care Technician during the day shift. The night shift also has 13 RNs, 1 Charge Nurse, and 1 Patient Care Technician. The unit utilizes equipment such as balloon pumps, CRRT, and hypothermia devices. Central lines and medication drips are commonly managed on this unit. Candidates with prior experience traveling to large facility ICUs are preferred. Experience with Meditech is a valuable asset. Looking for driven, organized, and efficient candidates. A positive attitude and engagement in the unit's work are essential. This position provides an opportunity to work with experienced staff and advanced technology in patient care.
