NET Developer (Mid-Level)Location: Onsite 5x days/week – Washington, DC Clearance Required: Active SecretJoin the MissionImprovix Technologies is seeking a motivated .NET Developer to support a fast-paced federal program delivering high-visibility mission outcomes. This role is ideal for a mid-level developer who thrives in collaborative environments and contributes across development and operational support activities.You will work alongside senior developers and technical leads to maintain and enhance existing applications built on Microsoft technologies. While SharePoint remains part of the environment, the role is primarily focused on .NET development and application support.What You'll DoDevelop, enhance, and maintain .NET-based applications supporting a federal missionSupport and maintain legacy SharePoint-backed systems as part of ongoing modernization effortsPerform operational support (O&M), bug fixes, and minor enhancementsAssist with deploying code changes and supporting frequent releasesCollaborate closely with technical leads and team members to meet delivery timelinesTroubleshoot, debug, and test applications to ensure stability and performanceWork onsite with the team to support rapid collaboration and deliveryWhat You BringBachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field (or equivalent experience)3–6 years of experience in.NET developmentStrong working knowledge of C#, ASP.NET MVC, and web application fundamentalsFamiliarity with SharePoint 2013 or newer in a supporting or legacy capacityExperience with MS SQL, Entity Framework, and REST APIsExperience using Git or TFS for source controlExposure to front-end frameworks such as React or Angular (preferred, not required)Basic understanding of Active Directory and application security conceptsAbility to work onsite in a federal environment (occasional Saturday hours may be required for deployment activities)Why ImprovixAt Improvix Technologies, we don't just deliver IT solutions — we deliver mission success.
