Job Summary:
The Cardiac Cath Lab Technologist position is based in La Crosse, Wisconsin. This role involves working in a fast-paced, high-volume cardiac catheterization laboratory environment performing a variety of interventional procedures. Candidates are required to bring their license on the first day of assignment. The position offers a 9-hour shift schedule during variable days, with a total of 72 hours biweekly.

Job Details:

• Location: La Crosse, Wisconsin
• Schedule: 9-hour variable days, 72 hours biweekly
• Required Qualifications: Associates Degree or Certificate, RCIS (Registered Cardiovascular Invasive Specialist) license (or CVT license), AHA Basic Life Support (BLS) certification, AHA Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certification, minimum of 2+ years of experience, Epic charting experience required, strong skills positioning the main operator in structural cases such as TAVR, Mitraclips, Watchman, and high-risk PCI procedures.
• Preferred Qualifications: Bachelor's Degree
• Additional Information: Rotation as needed for call (including one holiday), on-call 1-2 nights a week with a 30-minute response time, on-call every 5th-6th weekend, unit requires scrubbing in with physicians for structural and high-risk cases, working with a 4-person team of RNs and techs, and performing procedures such as caths, PCIs, Impella insertions, TAVR, Mitraclips, and Watchman.
