This role is in support of Cencora's distribution services in the US operating through our AmerisourceBergen business.

Shift Details Days:

5.30am to finish; Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday and Friday Nights : Sun 3.30pm - Finish, Tues – Thursday – 4.30pm - Finish with Mon off.

Pay Details :

Pay starting

at $ 19.50/hr with potential for up to $ 24.79/hr based on a variety of earning opportunities including shift differentials, performance incentives, and referral bonuses.

$2000 SIGN ON BONUS! Eligible to receive an additional $1.00 hourly skill differential after 60 to 90 days if forklift certification is obtained

Responsibilities: Actual duties and responsibilities may vary based on business needs, local requirements, and operational practices. Where a team member's role is governed by an employment agreement, local terms and conditions, prior job description or collective bargaining agreement, those documents shall prevail in case of any inconsistency. Mandatory local laws shall also prevail. Verifies transportation, receipt, storage, and shipment information to support accurate movement of products and fleet-related assets.

Updates warehouse and logistics systems with transaction details, status changes, and operational records to preserve data integrity.

Tracks fleet activity, shipment progress, and inventory movement to support schedule adherence and timely issue identification.

Prepares dispatch, shipping, receipt, and related documentation to enable accurate transaction processing.

Reviews routine exceptions involving deliveries, returns, inventory discrepancies, or vehicle availability and routes unresolved issues.

Confirms handling, storage, and movement requirements to support traceability, loss prevention, and fulfillment continuity.

Education: High School Diploma/GED or equivalent experience required.

Certified Supply Chain Professional (CSCP), or equivalent certification preferred

Work Experience: Less than 2 years of experience in warehouse support, distribution operations, shipping, receiving, inventory control, material handling, or a related field required.

Skills and Knowledge: Knowledge in warehouse operations processes, including receiving, storage, picking, packing, staging, and shipping.

Knowledge in inventory control principles, stock movement tracking, and material traceability requirements.

Knowledge in temperature-controlled handling and cold chain support requirements for sensitive products and materials.

Knowledge in packaging materials, reusable shipping assets, and replenishment practices within warehouse operations.

Knowledge in shipment documentation, operational recordkeeping, and transaction processing requirements.

Knowledge in safe material handling practices and the use of warehouse equipment and tools.

Ability to follow established warehouse procedures and standardized work instructions.

Ability to maintain accurate records and update operational information in warehouse systems and logs.

Ability to identify inventory, packaging, shipment, and material handling exceptions for further action.

Ability to support timely and accurate order preparation and material movement activities.

Ability to manage multiple routine tasks across warehouse workflows while maintaining accuracy.

Ability to work with temperature-sensitive materials in line with defined handling requirements.

State-specific locations may be up to 10% lower than the minimum salary range, and 12% higher than the maximum salary range.
