We are seeking a motivated Junior Associate Attorney to join our team in South Carolina. This position is ideal for a candidate who has recently passed the bar exam or has been practicing as an associate attorney for less than five (5) years. We are looking for someone eager to grow with our practice, take on meaningful casework, and contribute to a collaborative legal team.

Preferred Practice Experience

We are especially interested in candidates with experience (or strong interest) in:

• Family Law
• Civil Litigation

Candidates with exposure to these practice areas through law school clinics, clerkships, internships, or prior associate work will be given strong consideration.

Qualifications

• J.D. from an ABA-accredited law school
• Must be a licensed member in good standing of the South Carolina Bar, or have passed the South Carolina Bar exam and be awaiting formal admission
• 1–5 years of experience practicing law (recent bar passage welcome)
• Strong research, writing, and oral communication skills
• Excellent organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail
• Ability to manage multiple case files and deadlines independently
• A collaborative, client-focused mindset
