Description

We're looking for a dependable and compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) PM and NOC Shift to join our team. In this role, you'll provide personal care and support that helps residents maintain comfort, dignity, and independence.

What You'll Do:

• Oversee clinical operations, ensuring compliance and quality resident care
• Lead and supervise staff, including CNA assignments, training, and evaluations
• Administer medications/treatments and coordinate with physicians
• Maintain care plans, documentation, audits, and regulatory standards
• Support safety practices, team collaboration, and person-centered care

Qualifications

What You Bring

• Valid CA RN license and current CPR certification required
• 0–2 years skilled nursing/retirement experience preferred
• Knowledge of Title XXII, OBRA, and leadership skills required
• Commitment to person-centered care required
• Reliability, confidentiality, and sound judgment required
