Night Audit (PT) - Graduate Columbus

Schulte Hospitality Group is seeking a dynamic, service-oriented Night Auditor to join our Graduate by Hilton Columbus team. The company values hospitality, respect, authenticity, and a strong service culture. Job Duties and Responsibilities Audit the daily guest ledger. Handle all end‑of‑day accounting functions, including posting daily room rates and room tax. Ensure accuracy of all charges to guest folios. Calculate the sum of revenues of all accounts receivable from food, room, and other departments. Act as front desk clerk: check guests in and out, book reservations, and resolve guest issues. Create cash drops in accordance with proper cash‑handling procedures. Organize the front desk area so that the AM staff can prepare for their shift. Monitor the hotel security camera system. Ensure the lobby is well‑maintained, properly lit, and music is at an appropriate volume. Work nights, weekends, and holidays as needed. Perform any other duties as assigned. Education and Experience Minimum of 1 year in Accounting or Night Auditor role. Knowledge of PMS. High school diploma or GED. Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities Ability to multi‑task. Effective verbal and written communication. Team player. Ability to exceed guest expectations. Basic accounting and math skills. Benefits Daily pay.
