Location: Fully remote – work from anywhere (overseas candidates welcome)

Type: Full-time

Compensation: $25/hour base + 15% commission

Language: Fluent English required

About the Role

is hiring an experienced Sales Lead to own the customer conversation from first contact through close. You'll be the primary client-facing sales presence, responsible for qualifying opportunities, running discovery and demos, handling objections, and closing deals. Strong knowledge of digital marketing solutions is essential so you can speak credibly about value, positioning, and results.

What You'll Do

• Lead the full sales cycle with prospects and clients (outreach, discovery, demos, negotiation, close)
• Act as the main customer-facing sales contact
• Translate digital marketing solutions into clear ROI and business outcomes for buyers
• Collaborate with the technical team to ensure accurate scoping and smooth handoffs
• Maintain a consistent pipeline and forecast
• Continuously refine messaging and objection handling based on real customer conversations

What We're Looking For

• Proven track record as a closer — you consistently move deals from qualified opportunity to signed contract
• Solid knowledge of digital marketing solutions (you understand the landscape, can position offerings, and speak the language of marketers and business owners)
• Comfortable and polished in customer-facing conversations (calls, demos, negotiations)
• Self-motivated and disciplined in a fully remote environment
• Fluent spoken and written English
• Bonus: experience selling technical or marketing-related products/services, and comfort working alongside technical stakeholders

Compensation xhyhwjd

• Base: $25/hour
• Commission: 15%
