Cardinal Education is seeking a Operations Associate to join our team! We are seeking experienced note-takers or transcriptionists with exceptional skills in capturing and analyzing information during meetings, including those with our CEO and consultants. The primary responsibility of the ideal candidate will be to be amenable to work on the weekends, so days off can be during the weekdays. This candidate will play a crucial role in meticulously documenting discussions during client meetings with the CEO, assigning tasks to various teams, ensuring follow-ups, and overseeing the implementation of action items. Duties and Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: Attend and take notes during the CEO's meetings with clients. Update and maintain meeting notes in students' files. Track the CEO's calendar for scheduled meetings. Prepare necessary documents before meetings. Communicate and follow up with other divisions on action items. Other tasks assigned by the management, including but not limited to: Ghostwriting emails Updating trackers Daily report + accounting hours Marketing writing Schedule: Pacific Standard Time (45 hours/week) Ideally, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM, but it will depend on the actual work arrangement. Timeframe Early Morning (6AM to 3 PM) Mid-day (11 AM PM to 8 PM) Late-night (3 PM to 12 AM) Two days off during weekdays (Can be a split day off depending on the actual work arrangement) Qualifications: 2+ years of note-taking, transcription, or copywriting experience Graduate of a 4-year course from a reputable university. Willing to work beyond working hours Ability to work on a graveyard shift Background in the educational field is a plus. Experience working for a company that offers study abroad programs is an advantage. Proficient typing skills with a minimum speed of 35 words per minute Familiarity with Google Suite Must have good written communication skills, including sentence construction, syntax, grammar, capitalization, and usage of punctuation marks. Skills: Exceptional attention to detail with a sharp eye for accuracy. Outstanding comprehension skills and the capability to analyze complex instructions. Excellent communication skills. Ability to adapt to evolving business structures and thrive in a fast-paced environment. Proactive attitude and eagerness for continuous learning and development.
