Requirements Experience: A minimum of two (2) years of previous serving, back serving, or busing experience—preferably within a fine dining, high-volume, or chef-driven concept. Credentials: Valid California Responsible Beverage Service (RBS) certification required. Age Requirement: Must be at least 18 years of age (or possess a valid, state-approved work permit). Mindset: A passionate willingness to learn, grow, and adapt to elite service standards. Flexibility: Ability to work varied hours, evenings, weekends, and holidays as the dictates of a premier restaurant require. Logistics: Reliable transportation to and from our Sacramento location.
