Key Responsibilities

• Perform thorough client assessments to accurately gauge mental health status and emotional needs, including gathering personal histories and symptom evaluations.
• Craft individualized treatment plans that consider the unique circumstances and goals of each client, ensuring a tailored approach to therapy.
• Deliver various therapeutic modalities such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), family therapy, and group therapy sessions to meet diverse client needs.
• Continuously monitor client progress, utilizing outcome measures and feedback to adapt treatment plans as necessary to improve effectiveness.
• Provide crisis support through responsive interventions for clients experiencing acute distress or emergencies.
• Maintain precise and confidential records, thoroughly documenting client interactions in alignment with legal, ethical, and organizational standards.
• Collaborate effectively with a diverse team of healthcare professionals, including psychiatrists and social workers, to ensure holistic care for clients.
• Stay informed about the latest research, treatment modalities, and best practices in mental health to deliver the highest standard of care.
• Participate in ongoing supervision and training to enhance clinical skills and address professional development goals.

Patient Population / Client Focus

In your role as a Licensed Mental Health Counselor, you will work with a diverse population, including children, adolescents, adults, and families facing various challenges such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship issues. You will be primarily focused on supporting clients who seek outpatient counseling services, all in pursuit of improved mental health outcomes. Qualifications

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or a closely related field.
• Current and valid state licensure as a Mental Health Therapist (LMFT, LPC, LCSW).
