Key Responsibilities\n- \n
- Provide empathetic and evidence-based counseling services to individuals, couples, families, and groups. \n
- Conduct comprehensive assessments to create tailored treatment plans that align with the unique needs and goals of clients. \n
- Facilitate ongoing therapy sessions that utilize various therapeutic modalities, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Solution-Focused Therapy, and mindfulness techniques. \n
- Monitor and evaluate client progress regularly, adjusting treatment plans as necessary to optimize outcomes. \n
- Support clients in developing effective coping strategies, resiliency skills, and life skills to aid in their personal development. \n
- Maintain meticulous and confidential client records in accordance with HIPAA guidelines, ensuring accurate documentation of sessions and treatment plans. \n
- Engage in regular supervision and consultation with colleagues to enhance therapeutic practices and client care. \n
- Participate in community outreach programs and educational workshops to promote mental health awareness and reduce stigma. \n
As an LPC with Inner Summit Counseling Services, you will work with a diverse clientele, including individuals facing issues such as anxiety, depression, relationship conflicts, trauma, and life transitions. Your expertise will serve clients from various backgrounds, requiring a nuanced understanding of cultural sensitivities and the ability to adapt your counseling style to meet individual needs.
Qualifications\n- \n
- A Master's degree in counseling, psychology, social work, or a related field. \n
- An active and unrestricted license as a Professional Counselor in Pennsylvania. \n

- Proficiency in using telehealth platforms and familiarity with electronic health record (EHR) systems. \n

The annual salary for this full-time position ranges from USD 70,000 to 90,000, depending on experience and caseload.
