What It Takes to Lead Here

• The Credentials: A valid RN license in good standing in the state of Tennessee.
• The Track Record: 3+ years of clinical management experience, ideally within an assisted living or personal care environment.
• The Specialization: A strong background in senior living with a comfort level in both assisted living and dementia care best practices.
