This role will support financial planning, forecasting, performance management, and strategic decision support for a ~$500M IndustrialSegmentreportingunitcomprisedofmultiplebusinesses.TheindividualwillpartnercloselywithSegmentleadership,CorporateFP&A,andcross-functionalteamstodeliveractionablefinancialinsightsthatdrivebusinessperformanceandsupportstrategicdecision-making.About the Job:Leadannualoperatingplanning,quarterlyforecasting,andlong-rangeplanningactivitiesfortheIndustrialSegment.Analyzerevenue,grossprofit,operatingexpenses,andworkingcapitalperformancetoprovideactionablebusinessinsights.Developfinancialreportingandperformancenarrativestosupportleadershipdecision-making.Partnerwithbusinessleaderstoidentifyrisks,opportunities,andperformanceimprovementinitiatives.SupportMonthlyBusinessReviews(MBRs)andQuarterlyBusinessReviews(QBRs).Drivecontinuousimprovementacrossforecasting,reporting,andperformancemanagementprocesses.Supportfinancetransformationinitiatives,includingautomation,advancedanalytics,anddigitalplanningcapabilities.CollaboratewithFinance,Operations,andCommercialteamstoimprovebusinessoutcomesandfinancialvisibility.About You:Bachelor’sdegreeinFinance,Accounting,Economics,orrelatedfield.8+yearsofexperienceinFP&A,corporatefinance,financialanalysis,orbusinesspartnering.Experiencesupportingmulti-business,multi-entity,ormulti-P&Lorganizations,preferablywithinmanufacturing,industrial,oroperationalenvironments.Strongexperiencewithbudgeting,forecasting,financialmodeling,andperformancemanagement.Demonstratedabilitytoinfluencestakeholdersandcommunicateeffectivelyacrossmultiplelevelsoftheorganization.ExperiencewithERPandplanningtoolssuchasSAP,OneStream,HFM,BPC,orsimilarsystems.Stronganalytical,problem-solving,andbusinesspartneringcapabilities.Experiencewithautomation,predictiveanalytics,orfinancetransformationinitiativesispreferred.Littelfuseisanequalopportunityemployercommittedtoempoweringeveryassociatetomakeadifference,everywhere,everyday.Weofferacomprehensivebenefitspackage,including:Medical,dental,andvisioncoverage401(k)withcompanymatchandannualcontributionPaidtimeoffandcompanyholidaysFlexibleworkarrangementsTuitionreimbursementProfessionaldevelopmentandcareergrowthopportunitiesLife,disability,andvoluntaryinsuranceoptionsArtificialIntelligence(AI)toolsmaybeusedinsomeportionsofthecandidatereviewprocessforthisposition;however,allfinalemploymentdecisionswillbemadebyaperson.#LI-FPP Artificial intelligence (AI) tools may be used in some portions of the candidate review process for this position, however, all final employment decisions will be made by a person.Salary Range:$123,100 - $190,780The salary offered will vary depending on your location, job-related skills, knowledge, and experience.At Littelfuse, we support employee growth and development.
