The Vorwerk Home Experience Design Team (XDT) is looking for a hands‑on designer to own the end‑to‑end UI craft practice and transform complex requirements into polished, scalable digital experiences. Responsibilities Leading the UI Execution: Designing pixel‑perfect user interfaces based on sustainability, scalability and business‑centricity across our digital sales ecosystem. Designing for Mobile: Crafting highly polished interfaces for mobile‑first web‑based and native mobile platforms (iOS and Android), ensuring they feel premium according to the Vorwerk CI/CD principles. Applying a Design‑Driven Mindset: Maintaining a focus on top‑tier UI while grounding work in core design principles to ensure outcomes are intuitive and user‑centered. Collaborating Closely: Working daily with project stakeholders to ensure designs are executed exactly as intended. Your Profile Talented UI Designer: Visual craftsmanship, pride in visual precision, and end‑to‑end process ownership for flawless layouts. Figma Master: Deep experience with enterprise‑level Figma workspaces, component libraries, and UI kits. Mobile Native Specialist: Proven track record of designing beautiful, real‑world native mobile applications. AI‑Augmented Practitioner: Active integration of AI tools to amplify efficiency, uncover insights, and accelerate prototyping.
