Qualifications:

• Must hold an active Illinois Audiologist License
• Experience conducting auditory processing assessments, preferably in a school or pediatric setting
• Ability to collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams, including nurses and educational staff
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills for clear, concise reporting
• Detail-oriented with a commitment to professional integrity in assessment and evaluation

Key Responsibilities:

• Complete one Independent Educational Evaluation focused on auditory processing needs before the end of September
• Work onsite and in direct partnership with a school nurse to assess and document findings
• Prepare comprehensive and accurate evaluation reports and communicate results as required
• Ensure compliance with state and district guidelines for school-based audiology services
• Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive student information with care

This contract provides a flat fee upon successful completion of the evaluation, with specifics to be confirmed.
