This role collaborates with IT team members, vendors, and end users to deploy, troubleshoot, optimize, and support technology systems. They analyze and resolve complex, escalated issues, implement processes and SOPs, and apply best practices to improve system usability, uptime, and efficiency while delivering a high level of user support.Job Responsibilities:Lead design and implementation of enterprise IT infrastructure (networking, cloud), ensuring security, performance, and 24/7 availabilityDevelop and execute Business Continuity and Disaster Recovery plansManage Windows servers, desktops, Active Directory, and Office 365Automate and optimize systems using PowerShell, Python, or AnsibleMonitor, maintain, and enhance systems, including Pulseway and AssetSonar platformsTroubleshoot complex and widespread issues; serve as escalation point for IT support and assist end usersPerform system maintenance; test and deploy patches, firmware, and updatesManage integrations and automations to improve user experience and securityMaintain accurate documentation, SOPs, and records in ticketing/change management systemsLead strategic IT projects; mentor team members and stay current on emerging technologiesQualifications:5+ years of experience in systems administration and/or IT InfrastructureStrong knowledge of Windows Operating systems, Group Policy, Active Directory, Azure AD, and AzureExperience with virtualization (VMware, Hyper-V) and enterprise storageKnowledge of VoIP systems and cloud networking in distributed environmentsHands-on experience with enterprise monitoring tools (e.g., SolarWinds, PRTG, Splunk)IT Certifications like CCNP, MCSE, or Azure Solutions ArchitectStrong knowledge of IT infrastructure, networking, cloud platforms, and enterprise applicationsExperience with IT service management tools, monitoring systems, and automation technologiesProven track record of improving uptime, performance, and securityProven track record of identifying needs and implementing system improvements to reduce user issuesExcellent problem-solving, analytical, and organizational skillsHigh standards for integrity, confidentiality, and meeting deadlinesProven ability to create SOPs and documentation independentlyCustomer service oriented with a problem-solving attitudeAbility to listen to non-technical users and identify, understand and analyze underlying technical issuesPreferred:Bachelor’s degree in information systems, business or related fieldExperience with Zendesk or other similar IT Support ticketing systemsExperience with Asana or other similar project management toolsBenefits & Perks:Medical, Dental, Vision, HSA, Life Insurance, Disability Coverage, and Pet Insurance401(k), Employee Assistance Program (EAP), UHC Rewards, Rally Health, and One Pass SelectPaid professional development, leadership training, and relocation opportunities nationwide80 hours of PTO, 6 paid holidays, and Volunteer Paid Time Off (VPTO)For more information, please visit DaBella.usDaBella is a values-focused company that works for people who want to work to help others create value.
