Our firm has an opening for a skilled attorney who possesses between 5 and 10 years of relevant experience in commercial litigation. Candidate must be admitted to the Florida Bar. The desired candidate should be well spoken, academically excellent, with superior analytical and writing expertise. They should be able to manage complex cases in a self-directed manner and have a passion for delivering exceptional legal solutions to our distinguished clients. Among the responsibilities of the role are conducting legal research, preparing various pleadings and motions, managing the discovery process, and representing clients in court.
