ID: 77987207 Shift: 12H All Varied shifts, could be asked to fill 0645-1915, 0845-2115, 1045-2315, or 1845-0715. Description: Unit Notes:*ALL SUBMITTALS MUST INCLUDE A UNEXPIRED COPY OF THE CANDIDATES DRIVES LICENSE* UnitER (Cost Center 51)# beds/trauma bays12-Beds, 2 of which can be used as Trauma baysFast track No Fast track. They bring the patient back & triage in the room # Psych/seclusion rooms They have 1 specific room that is their preferred room for psych/seclusion; however all the rooms are multi-purpose & can be converted to a psych/seclusion room. SecurityNo on-ite security. If there was a situation on-site staff would call 911. # patients per day They average 20 patients/day Ratios1 to 6 depending on staffing & acuity. Everyone works as a team here. They have 2 RN's for each shift. Required CertificationsBLS, ACLS, PALS, TNCC, NRP, They do Telestroke Common diagnoses/Types of patientsA lot of Geri, some peds, pneumonia, CHF, COPD, Experience or 'Must have' skillsPrefers more than 1 year of experience ED Physicians/Mid-LevelsED Physicians (1 per shift) Charge Nurse/House SupervisorNo charges but M-F Nurse Aids/Paramedics/Patient sitters Curently they have 1 CMA who works mids 11 am - 11 pm. Also the Registration staff helps answer phones & other clerical duties.EMREPICRT Equipment (vents, Cpap, BiPap, etc)RT only from 7/8-4 & 1 12 hr person 3 days/week (no vents - if someone needed vented the hospitilatst (2) 1 wk during day in-house unitl 5-6, the other week in & out then avail by phone. (RT is on call) right now the RN bags until RT gets there. Is there tele on this unit? Monitor Techs? RNs read strips?No monitor techs RN read strips Phlebotomy or nurse drawER draws own labs - MUST be able to perform ABGs.Shifts & Scheduling7a-7p or 7p-7a. No self-scheduling right now.
