Residential Care Worker

Lutheran Social Services (LSS) seeks a compassionate Part-Time Residential Care Worker to support adults in a faith-informed, home-like setting. In this role, you’ll assist with daily living activities, implement individualized service plans, provide medication reminders, and promote safety, dignity, and independence. You’ll document care, support community involvement, and collaborate closely with clinical and interdisciplinary team members. This position is ideal for those called to mission-driven work who value inclusion, social justice, and making a tangible impact in the lives of vulnerable individuals.
