Data Operations Specialist (Fully Remote)

Responsible for all data entry functions within Oracle, including personal, payroll, and tax information. Support internal and external teams by answering questions, offering instructions, and prioritizing special projects. Provide knowledge base and support to management and perform research, audits, and special projects. Audit new hire and rehire data from applicant tracking systems and separate fallout reports. Review and audit source documents, resolve discrepancies, and prepare data for system entry. Test system changes and upgrades by inputting new data and reviewing output. Qualifications: High School Diploma or GED or equivalent experience. 1-2 years of experience in data entry. Oracle or equivalent ERP system experience; help desk ticketing experience is helpful. Skills and Abilities: Strong communication, organization, and attention to detail. Decision making, confidentiality, and results-driven approach. Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and Microsoft Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel).
