Eligibility Criteria for the Registered Dental Hygienist Role:
- Possess a valid Registered Dental Hygienist license
- Hold an up-to-date CPR certification
- Have certification in Laser dentistry
- Exhibit a strong commitment to oral health and patient well-being
Key Responsibilities of the Registered Dental Hygienist (RDH):
- Deliver educational guidance on dental hygiene and nutrition
- Eliminate plaque and tartar through scaling and polishing techniques
- Capture dental impressions and/or radiographs
- Apply preventive treatments such as antibacterial agents, fissure sealants, and topical fluorides to avert tooth decay
- Conduct screening and monitoring assessments
