DutiesManage and execute the evaluation program for the Department of the Army.Serve as the subject matter expert and final authority within Civilian Personnel Evaluation and Analysis (CPEA) office for all matters dealing with the civilian human resources program areas.Assess the current state of delivery and execution of all applicable laws, rules, regulations and procedures pertaining to HR.Develop comprehensive reports and briefings to communicate evaluation findings to leaders at multiple echelons.Provide technical functional expertise to program evaluators involved with civilian human resources programs.Establish parameters, timelines, and assignments for team members.Requirements Conditions of EmploymentAppointment may be subject to a suitability or fitness determination, as determined by a completed background investigation.
