Qualifications 2-3+years of experience in a CPA firm preferred Bachelor's degree in Accounting from a U.S. college or university required Fluentin both English and Mandarin Chinese Strong accounting, analytical, and problem-solving skills Goodattention to detail and ability to meet deadlines Abilityto work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment Strongcommunication and organizational skills Mustbe authorized to work in the United States; no visa sponsorship available Responsibilities The successful candidate will assist with a variety ofaccounting, tax, and advisory engagements, including: Prepare and review tax returns for individuals, partnerships, corporations, estates, and trusts Prepare payroll, sales tax, and other local tax returns Provide bookkeeping and write-up services Assist with financial statement compilations, reviews, and audits Conduct accounting and tax research in various technical areas Assist with complex tax planning and tax-structuring projects Advise clients on business entity selection and formation Assist with accounting system implementation and related projects Communicate with clients and assist with day-to-day client service needs HealthInsurance PaidSick Time PaidTime Off (PTO) On-the-Job Training TravelReimbursement Compensation $55,000-$70,000 annual salary , depending on qualifications and experience.
