StretchLab Bethany is looking for a motivated, dependable, technology-savvy, and results-driven sales professional to join our team.

This is a sales position first. Youll be responsible for turning leads and prospects into new members through phone calls, texts, emails, appointments, follow-up, and in-person conversations. If you enjoy talking with people, building relationships, hitting goals, learning technology, and helping people improve their health and mobility, you may be a great fit.

We are looking for someone who takes ownership, follows through, shows up when they say they will, learns quickly, and is motivated by results.

StretchLab is the industry leader in one-on-one assisted stretching. Our Flexologists help clients improve flexibility, mobility, and overall quality of life through customized assisted stretching sessions.

What You'll Do

• Generate new business through outbound calls, texts, emails, referrals, community events, and lead follow-up
• Respond quickly and consistently to new leads
• Book and confirm introductory stretch sessions
• Follow up with prospects who have not yet scheduled or completed an intro
• Conduct tours and confidently explain the benefits of StretchLab
• Identify each prospects needs and recommend the appropriate membership or package
• Sell memberships, sessions, and retail products
• Work toward and consistently achieve individual sales goals
• Maintain accurate notes, tasks, and follow-up activities in our CRM
• Use multiple computer and software systems throughout the day
• Learn new software and technology quickly and independently
• Build relationships with current and prospective members
• Help retain existing members through excellent customer service and proactive communication
• Participate in local community and promotional events
• Maintain a professional, clean, and welcoming studio environment
• Work independently and take ownership of your daily sales activities

Previous sales experience is strongly preferred.

Experience in fitness, gym membership sales, personal training, wellness, healthcare, hospitality, retail, automotive, inside sales, appointment setting, or other customer-facing sales environments is a plus.

A fitness background is not required.

Technology Skills Are Important

This position requires using technology every day.

You will work with CRM software, scheduling and booking systems, point-of-sale systems, email, texting, spreadsheets, and other business applications.

You do not need to know our specific systems before starting, but you must be comfortable learning new technology quickly and independently.

If you are someone who gets frustrated by new software, needs extensive step-by-step instruction to learn basic computer systems, or generally prefers not to use technology, this position will not be a good fit.

Compensation & Perks

• $17$19 per hour base pay, depending on experience

Schedule

We are looking for someone who can provide consistent availability and reliably work their scheduled shifts.

Availability for some evenings and weekends is preferred.
