\n Join one of the nations largest, most respected health systems and experience what it means to live well. Advocate Health is seeking an Internal Medicine physician to join our physician-led medical group and serve its patients at Aurora Health Center in New Berlin, WI.\n

• Internal Medicine
\n
• Two year salary guarantee ranging from  $342,390 to $342,390 as well as student loan forgiveness and sign on bonus up to $125,000
\n
• The team is a primary care team including internists, family physicians and med/peds physicians
\n
• The site has almost all specialties including:  Diabetic Educators, urology, podiatry, neurology, endocrinology, surgery, electrophysiology, OBGYN, orthopedics, cardiology, nephrology, behavior health
\n
• The equipment on site includes Full ACL lab (done on site), Imaging including x-ray, KAT scan, 3D mamo and Bone Density, full service pharmacy, urgent care and procedure room
\n
• Supportive structure including MA, 2.5 FTEs of shared RNs who only do triage and an APP with their own patient panel 
\n
• EPIC EMR
\n
• Be part of an integrated nationally recognized organization with physician-led medical group and embedded service line
\n
• Leverage access to DAX Copilot, an AI-powered clinical documentation tool integrated with Epic, streamlining clinical workflows by generating draft patient notes for efficient review, editing, and signature
\n
