How you’ll make an impact in this role

• Assess and perform obstetrical evaluations and testing on pregnant patients for pregnancy and
  non-pregnancy related complaints.
• Responsible for triaging complaints and communicating findings to the advanced practice provider or provider for further evaluation or treatment.
• Facilitate complete workup and provide throughput to home or admission to Labor and Delivery for treatment and delivery.
• Provide discharge education to patients specific to pregnancy related concerns and plan additional treatment(s) for patients.

What minimum requirements you’ll need

Licensure / Certification / Registration:

• Advanced Life Support obtained within 6 Months (180 days) of hire date or job transfer date required. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted.
• BLS Provider obtained within 1 Month (30 days) of hire date or job transfer date required. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted.
• Pediatric Advanced Life Support obtained within 6 Months (180 days) of hire date or job transfer date required. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted.
• Registered Nurse obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date required.
• Certification specializing in The S.T.A.B.L.E Program preferred.

Education:

• Diploma from an accredited school/college of nursing OR Required professional licensure at time of
  hire.
