- Salary Range: $3,010
We invite experienced Registered Nurses (RNs) to become part of our dedicated team. We are seeking candidates who meet the following criteria:
- Minimum of one year of nursing experience.
- At least six months of travel nursing experience.
- Must reside at least 60 miles from the facility.
- Receive weekly pay, which includes your stipend.
- Access to comprehensive benefits offered by our organization.
- Contracts are for 14 weeks, with the possibility of extension or transfer to another site.
The Registered Nurse (RN) will employ the nursing process—assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation, and evaluation—to deliver personalized care to patients. This role involves collaboration with a multidisciplinary team, including physicians, to ensure effective care planning and execution. The RN will demonstrate proficiency in nursing practices and adhere to age-specific standards relevant to their clinical environment. Responsibilities include:
- Providing care across all stages of preventive health, maintenance, diagnosis, treatment, and follow-up.
- Coordinating patient care, conducting assessments, educating patients, triaging, and performing various nursing interventions.
- Operating within the guidelines set forth by the Nurse Practice Act and relevant administrative rules.
Our nursing practice is grounded in the Scope and Standards of Practice and the Code of Ethics for Nurses as established by the American Nurses Association.
Qualifications- Graduation from an accredited nursing program is required, including institutions recognized by the American Association of Colleges of Nursing (AACN), Accreditation Commission for Education in Nursing (ACEN), and National League for Nursing Commission for Nursing Education Accreditation (NLN CNEA).
- A Bachelor’s Degree in nursing is preferred.
- Must hold an unencumbered RN license from the State Board of Nursing in the state of practice, or possess multistate licensure if applicable.
- Must obtain and maintain necessary department-specific competencies and certifications.
