Your Purpose as a Receptionist Answer incoming phone calls and directs caller to appropriate department/individual, or takes a thorough message, if needed. Welcome customers to the dealership and determine the nature of their visit. Direct customers to the correct department, notify the appropriate person that a customer is waiting, and introduce the customer to the salesperson. Communicates with guests and callers in a professional, friendly, and compassionate manner. Other duties as requested by management.
