Conduct policy reviews and provide recommendations to customers. Use your knowledge of our insurance products to recommend, explain and sell policies to warm and cold leads have needs-based conversation with prospects & customers outbound calling to prospects & customers start in entry level position - 6 to 9 months; daily outbound calling (high activity) while learning systems & processes Qualifications Interest in marketing products and services based on customer needs Leadership and interpersonal skills Self-motivated Detail oriented Willingness to engage in sales conversations Ability to work in a team environment Property and Casualty licensed (must be able to obtain) Life & Health licensed (must be able to obtain) Compensation: $60,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year My team's mission is to help people manage the risks of everyday life, recover from the unexpected and realize their dreams.
