Apply with us today to become part of our growing team.Why Compact?Day One - Comprehensive Benefits Package including Medical, Dental, Vision, Life401k retirement plans – The Company will contribute a matching contribution equal to (a) 100% of your 401(k) contributions that do not exceed 3% of your gross wages and (b) 50% of your 401(k) contributions that are more than 3% of your gross wages but not more than 5% of your gross wagesAttendance Bonus ProgramReferral Bonus ProgramAdvancement OpportunitiesTwo Weeks PTO Accrual in the First YearPaid WeeklyPaid HolidaysPaid LunchOnsite Gym and Wellness ProgramTuition ReimbursementPURPOSE:Oversee all functions of the inventory department consisting of the pallet station, dump room, warehouse, job issuing through scanners, cycle counting, and inventory reporting.RESPONSIBILITIES:Ensure ingredients, packaging material, and finished goods inventory accuracy in a multi-SKU bar code environment.Lead a multi shift team of individuals on two shifts within the inventory department.Audit, reconcile, and enter inventory adjustments into ERP system.Reconcile inventory discrepancies and determine root cause.Ensure individuals are following Compact Industries safety procedures and trained to work in a safe manner.Work in conjunction with all other departments to direct and control physical stock control in accordance with Company policy.Ensure that company policies and controls are being followed.Oversee inventory checkpoints throughout the product’s manufacturing process.Execute a daily inventory analysis to solve inventory issues quickly such as locating finished goods product.Coordinate and analyze monthly, quarterly and semi-annual A/B/C cycle counts and physical inventory counts.Balance monthly inventory transactions for customer owned materials to ensure system integrity through reports. Communicate any variances with appropriate personnel.Run and read variance and journal reports, reconcile as necessary.Assist manager with mock recall, recalls and year-end inventory count.Hours from 9 am - 7 pm Monday- Thursday, possibility of Overtime on Friday and/or SaturdayOther duties as assigned.REQUIREMENTS:Must have the ability to multitask and prioritize needs for both internal and external customers.Proficient in Microsoft suite and ERP/MRP software.Strong administrative, organizational, and communication skills are required.Highly motivated, hands-on, self-starter and goal-oriented individual.Lift up to 50 lbs.Flex schedule, able to cover any technician #J-18808-Ljbffr Compact Industries Inc
