Licensure/Certifications: Valid Occupational Therapist (OT) license in Oklahoma, NBCOT certification required

Experience: Prior experience in Long Term Care (LTC) settings preferred

What You'll Do:

• Screen and evaluate patients with cognitive and/or ADL physical functioning disorders
• Develop and implement personalized care plans following all regulations and clinical standards
• Perform therapeutic interventions, including ADL retraining, exercises, modalities, and assistive device use
• Monitor and document patient progress, adjusting treatments as needed
• Evaluate treatment outcomes and modify services based on patient responses
• Provide counseling and educate patients, families, and caregivers about therapy goals and progress
• Communicate effectively with healthcare team members regarding patient status
• Document all services and patient interactions accurately in electronic health records
• Support and supervise occupational therapy assistants and students as required
• Participate in facility meetings and ongoing training sessions

What You Need:

• Current Occupational Therapist license in Oklahoma
• NBCOT certification
• Minimum of 1 year experience in a long-term care or related setting preferred
• Strong assessment, communication, and organizational skills
• Ability to adhere to professional ethics and state/regulatory practice acts
