As a Warehouse Receiver, you'll play a critical role in ensuring incoming materials are accurately received, inspected, and organized to support smooth warehouse and production operations. Your attention to detail will help maintain inventory accuracy and ensure quality standards are met from the moment materials arrive. What You'll Do As a Warehouse Receiver, you will be responsible for:

• Unloading incoming shipments and inspecting products/materials for damage or discrepancies in quantity.
• Review packing lists and process incoming documentation with accuracy.
• Enter inventory into the system and maintain up-to-date records.
• Monitor and update backlog reports to support workflow visibility.
• Organize and store materials, ensuring they are properly labeled, protected, and easy to locate.
• Apply labels to incoming products for accurate inventory tracking.
• Manage inventory levels of shipping and receiving supplies.
• Assist with inventory counts and cycle checks as needed.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment.
• Collaborate with the Production Manager to support on-time performance and quality standards.
