Pay & Benefits

• Salary Range: $235,000 – $265,000 annually
• Pay rate: $1.00/hour (please note this is a placeholder; pay details will be discussed upon application)

What You’ll Do

• Provide comprehensive outpatient primary care for adult and/or family medicine patients
• Diagnose and manage chronic and acute medical conditions
• Conduct preventive care visits, wellness exams, and follow-up appointments
• Develop individual treatment plans and coordinate with specialists as needed
• Document all clinical encounters accurately in EPIC EMR
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary care teams to ensure high-quality care
• Participate in shared on-call responsibilities and quality improvement initiatives
• Build strong relationships with patients and the local community
• Support patient education and continuity of care standards

What You Need
Required:

• Active Michigan medical license
• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine
• DEA certification
• ACLS, BLS, PALS certifications
• 0 or more years of experience (open to new graduates)

Preferred:

• Prior outpatient clinic experience
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
