We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Dental Assistant to join our dynamic dental team. In this full-time role, you will assist the dentist during a variety of procedures, ensure smooth patient flow, and uphold stringent infection control standards. This position requires solid dental terminology knowledge, excellent communication skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Dental Assistant

Clinical Support

Assist the dentist chairside during examinations and treatments including fillings, crowns, bridges, tooth extractions, root canals, implant procedures, and more.

Prepare and maintain dental instruments, equipment, and treatment rooms for procedures.

Take dental radiographs (X-rays) as required, ensuring patient safety and diagnostic quality.

Practice four-handed dentistry techniques to enhance procedural efficiency.

Maintain strict infection control protocols to ensure safety for patients and staff.

Provide patients with education on oral hygiene and post-treatment care instructions.

Administrative and Team Collaboration

Work collaboratively with dentists, hygienists, and office staff to support smooth daily operations.

Communicate professionally and effectively with patients to enhance their experience.

Maintain a clean, organized work environment.

full-time $25 - $35 per hour

- Work Hours: Monday, Tuesday, Wedensday, Thursday: 8:30AM - 5:00PM (lunch 12:30PM-2:00PM); Friday: 8:30AM - 12:30PM (2x/month).

- Breaks: 90-minute meal break (not counted as work hours).

- Overtime: Overtime available during busy seasons and paid at 1.5x the regular hourly rate.

- Weekend Work: No weekend shifts required.

• Experienced Dental Assistant (2+ years)
• Infection Control License

Proficiency in dental terminology and dental assisting protocols.

Strong understanding of infection control systems and safety practices in dental care.

Ability to assist efficiently during a wide range of dental procedures.

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

Ability to multitask and maintain professionalism in a fast-paced environment.

Commitment to patient-centered care and teamwork.

• Certified Preventive Functions Dental Assistant
• Experienced Dental Assistant (2+ years)
• Other Dental Software
• Registered dental assistant / Certified dental assistant

Experience or knowledge in endodontics preferred but not required.

Previous dental receptionist experience is a plus.
