Shift: Day 4x10-Hour (07:00 - 17:00)   Work Experience:

• Assess patients' physical, cognitive, and functional abilities to identify challenges affecting daily activities.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to improve independence in self-care, work, school, and daily living tasks.
• Teach therapeutic exercises and adaptive techniques to help patients regain or enhance motor, sensory, and cognitive skills.
• Monitor progress and educate patients and families

License:
Valid Occupational Therapist License in the state of WA.   Certifications:
BLS/CPR Certification.
