The Springs of Hillcrest is seeking compassionate Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) and Registered Nurses (RNs) to join our skilled nursing team. If you’re ready for a supportive environment that values your contributions, we encourage you to apply.
Position Details:
Full-Time Night Shift (6 PM – 6 AM)
12-hour shifts

Qualifications:
Active Arkansas LPN or RN license
Current CPR certification

Your Role:
As a Charge Nurse, you will supervise daily nursing activities, collaborate with the healthcare team, administer medications, monitor resident conditions, and provide supportive care. You’ll help promote resident independence and quality of life, while maintaining compliance with all regulatory standards.
