You will collaborate with team members to complete tasks, maintain standards, and may assist in training new employees. Shifts include Day Shift and Night Shift, with a schedule that alternates between 2 on, 2 off, 3 on, 2 off, 2 on, 3 off, ensuring every other weekend is a long weekend off. Shift hours are from 6:30 AM to 7 PM for A and C Shifts, and 6:30 PM to 7 AM for B and D Shifts.Job Type & LocationThis is a Contract to Hire position based out of Dover, DE.Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $17.50 - $18.50/hr. Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
