Compensation Range

The salary range for this position is between $385,000 and $575,000 . Please be aware that the final compensation may differ within this range, taking into account the candidate's experience, skills, qualifications, and considerations of internal equity.

Position Overview

Our organization is in search of a full-time, Board Certified/Board Eligible Urologist to enhance our growing Urology team at the Milford Regional Medical Center. This new role is a response to the significant demand in the region and is supported by a well-established network of referrals.

The position provides a well-rounded combination of inpatient and outpatient care in a collaborative, community-focused environment, backed by advanced surgical technology and a robust clinical infrastructure.

Practice Highlights

• Community-oriented practice with a strong volume of referrals.
• Focus on general urology, with opportunities to engage in men's health, stone disease, women's urologic care, and limited oncology.
• Collaborative team environment consisting of 2 urologists and 2 physician assistants (no resident supervision).
• Strong surgical and clinical support systems.
• High surgical activity anticipated, with over 900 OR procedures projected for 2025 at our facility.
