Become part of a team that thrives on excellence in a fast changing, high-growth technology environment!Hyve Solutions is looking for a detail-oriented, hands-on, results-driven individual with proven communication skills and a strong work ethic to work in a challenging, fast-paced, energetic environment with responsibilities that include managing all aspects of the quality control production process, fall-out, audits and ISO; ensuring that division and departmental practices comply with company requirements; achieve stated objectives and meet current ISO standards.**Responsibilities*** Lead and manage supply chain planning to ensure alignment with strategic account goals.* Coordinate across departments to ensure capacity planning and site utilization are optimized for current and future demand.* Material Planning & Execution + Oversee the Clear to Build (CTB) process: - Ensure all materials are available for production. - Proactively identify and resolve shortages by collaborating with warehouse, procurement, and manufacturing teams.* Inventory Management + Own and manage inventory levels across the supply chain: - Maintain inventory within target thresholds. - Monitor and reduce excess and obsolete (E&O) inventory. - Drive corrective actions to align with inventory targets.* Performance Monitoring & Reporting + Track and analyze supply chain KPIs (e.g., OTIF, inventory turns, CTB rate). + Identify risks and opportunities, and implement mitigation or improvement plans.* Demand & Supply Alignment + Lead supply/demand reviews: - Ensure accurate forecasting and planning. - Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.* Stakeholder Management + Build and maintain strong relationships with: - Customers – to understand demand and service expectations. - Suppliers – to ensure timely material availability. - Forwarders/logistics partners – to manage inbound/outbound flows.* Tool & Process Enhancement + Drive IT tool enhancements to support: - Demand planning. - Material planning. - Reporting and analytics. - Collaborate with IT and planning teams to implement and optimize planning systems.**Key Skills**At TD SYNNEX, our values guide everything we do: Together, We Own It, We Dare to Go, We Grow and Win, and above all, We Do the Right Thing.
