Maintenance TechnicianTrillium Professional is now seeking a 2nd Shift Maintenance Technician in Middletown, OH!PAY: $32/hour Contract to HireThe Maintenance Technician is responsible for repairing and maintaining production machinery, mechanical systems, and facility equipment. This role supports operational efficiency, equipment reliability, and a safe working environment within a fast-paced manufacturing setting.Key Responsibilities:Perform scheduled preventive maintenance on production equipment and building systemsTroubleshoot mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, electrical, and conveyor systemsDiagnose equipment issues by observation, testing, and sound analysisDisassemble, repair, replace, and reassemble machinery and componentsInspect parts for defects, wear, and dimensional accuracyAdjust and align functional parts and control instrumentsInstall new or upgraded mechanical and structural componentsLubricate, clean, and service equipment to ensure optimal performanceStart and test equipment to verify proper operationOperate maintenance tools and machinery safely and effectivelyDocument maintenance work and track equipment historyIdentify and communicate future maintenance or equipment needsFollow all safety policies and procedures, including Lockout/Tagout (LOTO)Maintain regular, reliable attendance and flexibility to work extended hours as neededPerform additional duties as assigned by managementCore Competencies & Values Successful candidates demonstrate the following behaviors:Team-First MindsetReliable, collaborative, and service-orientedWilling to step in and assist wherever neededClear communicator and active listenerBrings energy and a strong work ethicOwnership & Accountability - Takes responsibility for work and outcomes - Proactively identifies improvements and solutions - Handles conflict professionally and constructively - Balances firmness with flexibility - Holds self and others accountableWork Environment & Physical Requirements:Fast-paced manufacturing environment with frequent changesAbility to sit, stand, walk, reach, climb, balance, stoop, kneel, and crouchAbility to lift and move 10 - 100 lbs throughout shiftSystems & Technology:Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, Teams)ERP systems (e.g., HRMS, Amtech, Parabox, or similar)ADP Workforce NowPay rate is $32/hour.
