Construction Field Surveyor

Job Overview Ragle Inc. is seeking a highly motivated, hardworking Field Survey Tech to support highway and bridge construction projects in West Texas. Work Hours Monday through Friday, 7:00 AM to 5:00 PM. Additional time may be required. Location of work: West Texas areas. Job Details & Responsibilities Layout of curbs, road centerlines, slope stakes, sewer locations, waterlines, and miscellaneous features. Responsible for safe operation and maintenance of vehicles, tools, and equipment. Verify the accuracy of field survey data. Proficient in reading plans. Able to perform Topographic and Asbuilt Surveys. Generate surface models for construction equipment. Requirements 1-3 years of experience as a Survey Tech. Strong organizational skills and detail oriented. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Working knowledge of field survey methods and calculations. Strong understanding of TXDOT plans and specifications. Able to work independently and efficiently. Knowledge of Construction Practices. Knowledge of Industrial Practices is a plus. Knowledge of GPS, Robotic, and Machine Control Equipment. Knowledge of CAD-based computer software. Key Experience CAD: 1 year (Preferred) Land surveying: 1 year (Preferred) License & Certification Driver's License (Required) Relocation Relocate to Midland, TX 79705 before starting work (Required).
