Looking for a flexible, part-time role that gets you out into the community?

This could be a great fit for a college student, stay-at-home parent, retiree, or anyone looking to earn extra income with a flexible schedule . Whether you're looking for something between classes, during school hours, or simply want a fun part-time role where you can meet people and stay active — we'd love to hear from you!

We're looking for an outgoing, friendly Marketing Liaison to spend approximately one weekday per week visiting local businesses and helping promote our agency throughout Hamilton County and north Marion County.

You'll also help with community events and social media. This is not a sales position — no cold calling or door-to-door sales.

What You'll Do

Local Outreach

  • Visit local businesses throughout Hamilton County & north Marion County
  • Introduce our agency and drop off marketing materials
  • Build friendly relationships with local businesses
  • Help increase awareness of our agency in the community
Community Events

  • Help plan and attend local community events
  • Assist with setup and day-of event activities
  • Some weekend availability may be needed depending on our event schedule
Social Media & Content

  • Create and organize content around events, community involvement, and agency updates
  • Capture photos and videos during outreach and events, when permitted
  • Help grow our Facebook and Instagram presence
  • Help launch and create content for our upcoming TikTok
What We're Looking For

  • Friendly, confident and outgoing
  • Comfortable walking into local businesses and meeting new people
  • Reliable transportation and willingness to travel locally
  • Organized, dependable and able to work independently
  • Comfortable with social media and basic computer tasks
  • Some weekend flexibility for community events
Schedule & Compensation

  • $25/hour
  • Approximately 1 weekday per week
  • Typical weekday shift: around 6 hours
  • Occasional 4-hour weekend events
  • Mileage reimbursement
  • Performance bonus based on overall office performance (details shared during interview)
No insurance experience required.
