Tech - CT

Job Summary:
Seeking a travel CT Tech to join a busy imaging department for a 13-week assignment. The role involves operating advanced CT and X-ray equipment, performing diagnostic exams, and providing quality patient care during evening shifts.

Responsibilities:

• Operate GE Optima, GE Revolution, and other advanced CT and X-ray equipment to perform diagnostic procedures.
• Ensure patient safety and comfort throughout imaging exams.
• Maintain accurate documentation within the Meditech EMR system.
• Adhere to unit policies, safety protocols, and quality standards.
• Collaborate with a skilled team of radiology professionals to deliver efficient imaging services.
• Prepare and maintain equipment to ensure optimal functioning and safety.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 6 months of recent CT Tech experience in a clinical setting.
• ARRT (R) certification is required; BLS certification is mandatory.
• Prior experience with GE imaging equipment and Meditech EMR is preferred.
• Board certification in CT & XR is advantageous.
• Possess strong attention to detail, self-motivation, and excellent communication skills.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
