Rehab Admissions & Care Liaison
LifePoint Health
TGH Rehabilitation Hospital, part of Lifepoint Health, is seeking a Clinical Liaison - Inpatient Rehabilitation to drive admissions and coordinate the intake and pre-admission process. As a licensed clinician, you will perform on-site assessments, discuss rehabilitation options with patients and families, and serve as the primary contact for case management and payors.
