Senior AI Marketing Operations Manager

As the Senior AI Marketing Operations Manager, the remote full-time position will create and manage AI solutions for marketing campaigns, automate workflows, and enhance member experiences while collaborating with various teams to drive effective results. Key responsibilities Create and manage the marketing team's AI plan, identifying opportunities and developing a roadmap Design and build AI-powered solutions, including automated workflows and prompt libraries Lead an AI education program for the marketing team, providing workshops and resources Required qualifications 7+ years of marketing experience, with at least 2 years focused on AI and marketing operations Demonstrated experience in building and launching AI solutions in a marketing context Deep understanding of modern AI tools, including LLMs and automation tools Strong collaboration skills across marketing, data, engineering, and operations teams Experience in lifecycle, growth, or member marketing environments with complex campaigns
