At Dukunoo Blue Restaurant in Sunrise, FL, we’re looking for an experienced Bar Manager to take charge of our bar operations and create memorable moments for our guests. What You'll Do as Our Bar ManagerAs the Bar Manager at Dukunoo Blue Restaurant, you’ll play a vital role in ensuring our bar runs like a well-oiled machine. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:
- Drink Menu Curation : Craft and maintain an innovative and enticing drink menu that keeps our guests coming back for more.
- Inventory & Ordering : Stay on top of inventory management and ordering to ensure the bar is always stocked with the essentials.
- Staffing & Scheduling : Lead and manage the bar team by creating schedules, assigning shifts, and fostering a positive work environment.
- Alcohol Training Compliance : Maintain compliance by ensuring all team members are properly alcohol training certified.
- Customer Experience : Deliver exceptional service by creating a welcoming and vibrant bar atmosphere for our guests.
To thrive in this role, you’ll need:
- 3+ years of experience in bar management or a similar leadership role.
- Expertise in drink menu creation and a strong understanding of bar operations.
- Strong organizational skills to manage inventory, ordering, and scheduling.
- Certification in alcohol training (required).
- A passion for hospitality and the ability to lead a team with energy and enthusiasm.
